Will the AI host take reservations correctly?
It follows the rules you set: party sizes, time slots, turn times, deposits for large parties and blackout dates. Anything outside the rules is transferred to a manager or taken as a message.
Does it work with OpenTable or Resy?
The AI host books into the calendar in your CRM, or takes the reservation details and texts them to your host stand, if you prefer to enter them into OpenTable or Resy yourself. We confirm the workflow during setup.
Can it speak Spanish to my staff's callers?
Yes. It detects the caller's language and answers in it: English, Spanish and 13 others. Notes are saved in English.
Do you work with restaurants outside Washington?
Yes: Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, Silver Spring and across DC, Maryland and Virginia.
What does setup involve for me?
